1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales concluded on ravelios.com between Saint Mirande SRL (BE0466.932.264, Chaussée de Bruxelles 521, 1410 Waterloo) and any consumer customer. Any order implies their acceptance.
2. Products
Ravelios items are printed on demand after each order, by a production partner located in the European Union. Slight color variations compared to the visuals on the site are possible.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are displayed before order validation.
4. Order and payment
The order is firm after confirmation of payment, made via a secure connection using the methods offered during checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without justification, according to the procedures on our Returns and Refunds page. In accordance with Article VI.53, 3° of the Code of Economic Law, this right does not apply to personalized items (name or text chosen by the customer).
7. Legal guarantee
Products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Any defect must be reported to us within two months of its discovery at contact@ravelios.com.

9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are subject to Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions protecting the consumer in their country of residence. In case of a dispute, the customer may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be).
