Deadline: you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
How to proceed: send an email to contact@ravelios.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the item, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or non-compliant.
Refund: we will refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method, standard delivery costs included. We may wait until we have received the return before issuing the refund.
Exception: personalized items (name or text chosen by you) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.
Defective item or printing error: contact us with a photo. We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
